My love of chocolate lead me to create my first and signature muffin, my double chocolate peanut butter surprise muffins. This muffin was a hit amongst family and friends. From this meager start, I began to develop the johnsonljbakes profile which includes my signature and best selling bread, my sour cream apple crumb bread. In addition to an assortment of muffins and breads, I added a variety of mouth-watering scones. My chocolate chip walnut scones, my favorite and my fans, along with blueberry lemon, cranberry orange and dark cherry pecan are just some of my growing list of goodies. I also have gluten-free and dairy free options for most goodies.
