Homebody DIY

Homebody DIY is a craft kit based company specializing in punch needle. Punch needle is like, “if needle felting and latch hooking had a baby!”  It is  an easy to master technique and accessible to all,  due to the repetitive motion used in punch needle. Engaging in a project like this is beneficial because hobbies with repetitive movement grow our frustration tolerance. When we take the time to focus on a project and learn a new skill we are more likely to feel confident throughout the day and are more open to trying something new that we might not be good at. 

Life can be stressful, but when you craft, everything is in your hands and in your control. Homebody is not just selling craft kits. We are providing people a practice that will help them feel calmer, confident and joyful.
