Board of Health Instructions
For vendors selling food items, it's essential to comply with local board of health guidelines. These requirements cover food safety practices, proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to ensure public safety and regulatory compliance. Please review these guidelines carefully before setting up your booth.

At the bottom of the page you will see Forms. There is an application for temporary license. Also if you are cooking any food you will need a file prevention form filed and your truck inspected. You will find that form one the fire official page.
Appropriate checks and applications will have to be dropped off at the municipal building prior to your market date.
