Please review the load in instructions for your market date. These guidelines outline the procedures for arriving, parking, unloading your products, and setting up your booth safely and efficiently. Following these instructions will ensure a smooth and organized process for everyone involved.

Please be aware that all of out markets are held RAIN, SHINE or SNOW! We do not offer rescheduling or refunds for last-minute cancellations.

The Holiday Pop UP is held inside the event space in the back of Porta Pizza in Asbury Park.

Load in & Set Up
Markets begin at 12PM. Do not enter the building until 10:30AM, please wait until the market manager arrives before beginning your setup. If you are not on-site by 11:15AM, our market manager may reassign your assigned space. We do this to avoid gaps in the setup and create safe & easy walkways — which is super important if you want customers to actually get to you! If you arrive after 11:30AM, we can’t let you set up and you will not receive a refund. The market starts right at 12PM. Please load in through the second avenue gates. Make sure you leave ample time for parking!

How big is my space?
Porta will be providing tables for the vendors which are 6 feet long tables. Vendors do not need to, and should not, bring their own tables or chairs. Please bring a tablecloth. Please check in with the market manager when you arrive and they will show you your assigned space.
                                                           
Making Sales

If you’re looking to sell new items that were not initially included on your application, email team@asburyfresh.com AT LEAST 3 Days BEFORE to see about getting approval on your new products. Without explicit permission, we can’t allow you to sell any new items. If we find out that’s been happening, you may be asked to leave!

Break Down at the End of the Day
We want to be fair to everyone involved, so early break down, slow packing, breaking down your displays or transporting items to your car before breakdown time is not permitted.
Breakdown on Sunday is 4PM

It’s a long day, we get it. But if you ever find yourself tired or bored, take some time to walk around and meet your fellow vendors! You never know what kind of connections or friendships you’ll make here. In Asbury Park — it’s all about community!

Parking
DO NOT PARK IN THE LOT RIGHT BEHIND THE PORTA BUILDING. Vendors can park for free in the big lot across the street. The market manager can point out the lot for you. This allows other vendors to pull up and unload easily.The City of Asbury Park has metered parking spaces... pretty much everywhere! And the parking police are very, very good at their jobs, if you get what we’re saying here...

We recommend paying for the whole day as soon as you get there! It’ll put your mind at ease, and prevent parking tickets. If you download the “Asbury PARK” parking app, you can save time by avoiding the meter! Simply pre-enter your vehicle make & model, your CC info, and when you get there - the parking zone you’re in. Here’s what the app looks like in the app store:

Other ways to avoid tickets & fines: Park head-in ONLY. Yup, they’ll get you for this.

Board of Health Requirements (Food Vendors Only )
Food vendors are required to apply for a temporary food license with the Monmouth County Board of Health. It’s free to apply! Just make sure to adhere to their requirements. 
For instructions on how to apply for your food license please go to your vendor dashboard and look for the BOH drop down on the left hand side of your screen.
